Megaworld to build Cavite township
Megaworld has revealed plans to build Cavite township Maple Grove, adding to the Manila hinterland city’s booming retail and residential landscape.
Set to be Megaworld’s 21st township, it will be built on a 140-hectare property in General Trias, Cavite.
Maple Grove will comprise retail, residential and office components. The country’s largest developer of integrated urban townships is allocating P10-billion in the next 10 years to build it.
“In the last 27 years, we have built townships that cater to the evolving lifestyles of Filipinos. As we continue to expand our township footprint in key growth areas across the country, innovation and design will be a significant factor in our masterplans,” said Jericho Go, senior VP, Megaworld.
Maple Grove is 45 minutes away from Makati and other Metro Manila CBDs via Coastal Rd and Cavitex. It is Megaworld’s fourth integrated urban township development in the Cavite-Batangas area. The company has over 2000 hectares of land in this corridor alone.
